High energy that we have working here. People working here really love the product, and everyone I'm working with is pushing in the same direction. No political games yet (crossing my fingers) and true potential to grow your area of responsibilities.

Cons

As we grow, there is less exposure to the core of the exec team from which we got all that energy

Everything I had hoped for. Class leading product, fantastic excitement and buzz about the company, the product, the prospects. Senior management have so much energy and drive to take the company forwards

Cons

Challenges of a fast moving company; some of the procedural stuff needs to catch up. So busy, diaries can change on a daily basis
