-Typical growing pains of the best start up in town. -A lot of Chiefs and not enough Indians. -Our new office it too awesome :)

Pros

Great organization that is run from the top. Management encourages their employees to work hard yet rewards them when it comes time. The word "No" is never heard and the collective is often worth more than individual situation.

Cons

Lack of communication at times in how decisions are being made. Some of the growth choices have been questionable. The marketing department has been a bit scattered and tends to run with poor decisions. However, this has changed over the recent months.
