Thanks to effective affirmative action globally, inspired by the Barbie movie, we’re rocking diversity with some teams becoming 100% women. Don’t worry if you end up having to work with a cis-w-m though, we’ve plenty of ERGs for you to find a safe space and heal the hurt. Top tip if you’re looking to join: Don’t hesitate to apply even if you have major experience gaps for the role, you’ll find plenty of folks levels below you who can cover. And, if you say the right things, multi-level rapid promotion might just follow…

Pros

Benefits are good Can make money if you are lucky to be aligned with aggressive AEs. (As you are dependent on their commitment and follow through for your commission)

Cons

Your commission isn’t entirely based on your success, half is based on what your AE does after you hand off the opportunity to them. You can potentially put in a lot of work be successful but still not get paid commission due to that structure. Got rid of the entire SMB division recently, so no chance for SDR advancement. An SDR or the year finalist was advised that they’d have to leave company to become an AE (as they only employ Enterprise AE’s now, & they require years of enterprise experience.) Expected to work 1 or 2 hours after business hours a few times a week for learning and administrative duties. Poor corporate organizational skills across the board (VP’s-SDR management), constantly rescheduling meetings, huddles, 1 on 1’s, enablement sessions up to 3/4 times a week.

Pros

Some of the most amazing and talented individuals I’ve had the pleasure of working with. And a platform with HUGE potential.

Cons

It feels like the company is being driven into the ground and because of this, all the top talent has either left, or is actively looking to leave. All because of the million changes driven top down every week, which has created SO much uncertainty that no one knows what they are supposed to do. There are instances where we get told that there are no other changes planned, only for the same exec who said that, to introduce new changes two hours later. And I’m not talking small changes, though those are also abundant, I’m talking major changes to strategy that then changes everything. Also, we seem to be pursuing more and more aggressive commercial strategies where we seem to willingly uproot a stable customer relationship, putting the customer under unnecessary pressure and squeeze a bit more revenue out of them. This seems to be regardless of negative relational and commercial implications this will have in the future.
