Pros
Good onboarding and training. Nice in office benefits and events. Colleagues generally very nice.
Cons
Low salary if you work in the Dublin office but as a starting job it can be good if you don't mind house sharing until you have enough time on your CV to search for a job with higher pay. High pressure on performance, get your numbers up quick and work on quality later. (All companies say they have quality in focus, do not believe them. This is 16 years in the business talking)
