Good Pay Horrible Work Enviorment

Pay and benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Management is bad. None of the departments managers communicate with each other. Employees are left doing managements job the majority of the time. NO WEEKENDS. You'll never have time for your family. This place has a toxic and racist environment. Management and HR do not care about the employees at all. The union is a joke because they will hire temps to do your job. In all honesty its not worth the money dealing with the disrespect you'll go through.
