Pay and benefits good. Some of a WFH policy, and hopefully permanent.

Cons

Management doesn't communicate well to all departments. Not a lot of appreciation for long time employee.

Thank you for your feedback, we focus on continuous improvement, and your feedback will help us improve. For our Tampa based employees, the WFH Hybrid option is something we implemented to promote a work-life balance and show our appreciation for our employees. We are glad that you were able to participate in the program. The majority of our employees are based in plant locations, and we definitely appreciate their hard work. We will share this feedback with leadership to continue to improve on communication and employee recognition.
