interesting technical work with modeling and environmental data analysis on complex, challenging projects; fieldwork opportunities available as well (some great others okay). Company is small enough to be flexible and friendly but large enough to have many interesting opportunities. Generally good, friendly work culture and very accommodating to meet individual needs.

Cons

a lot of remote work with individuals from offices throughout the country (if you like working remotely AQ is very flexible with that), sometimes overwork is expected to get things done

This was a great place to work for many reasons...interesting projects, fantastic company culture, career growth opportunities, mentorship from senior colleagues/partners, work/life balance, and great benefits. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a place they can grow long-term.

Cons

*Lack of diversity, although while I was there this was an issue the company was actively addressing. Hopefully that's still the case. *Sometimes project deadlines meant long hours, but that's going to be the case at just about any company. They were always great about promoting a healthy work/life balance so I never felt overworked due to the job. Interesting projects and colleagues contribute to this.
