Pros

- Management cares about employees (ex. partners took significant pay cuts during COVID so the firm did not have to terminate any employees) - Typical corporate perks (free coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the office, subsidized vending machines, free lunches/ubers during busy season, holiday events, etc.) - Great people, work environment - Good office space (given all the tools, resources needed, semi-private cubicles, shared offices for managers & up) - Hybrid work model permanently post-COVID (work from home as many days as you want) - Lots of upward mobility

Cons

- Long hours during busy season and year round (nights/weekends) - Promotion cycle twice a year (January/July), but only compensation adjustments at year end
