Pros

Very rewarding work. Great people. They teach respect to all clients and great opportunities to learn about the field. Occasional bonuses throughout year, but not guaranteed. Team environment at their center for children with autism is great to be apart of. Good hours, PTO, and holiday pay.

Cons

High turnover and constantly understaffed because of low pay and difficult workload. Physical toll of the job can be a lot. Non-profit organization so they really can’t match pay rates of other companies.
