You get to work with a wide range of people. There is always something new going on because new clients come in on a daily basis.
Cons
It can be a very stressful environment. It is an agency that gets state funds so it seems like there is never enough to help all the people that need the help. There are also people that come in a try to abuse the system so it can be challenging to tell who actually needs the help.
