Pros

- Flexible Schedule - Cheap Insurance

Cons

- Wear and tear on personal vehicle (You do get reimbursed for gas, but it's not worth it) - High Caseloads (100+) - Upper Management doesn't communicate or connect well with people in the field. - The whole place is extremely unorganized leaving people to fall through the cracks - Barely make $1000 every two weeks after insurance is taken out - Turnover is extremely high

Location, health benefits, hours, customer service to clients.

Cons

Management talks down to employees. Expected to learn new computer systems without training, and managers won't get back with you if you have questions. Workload is demanding and unrealistic, and they won't hire enough help. Management places blame on you for situations that are beyond your control.
