Pros

Great co-workers, variety of jobs, and will transfer within company.

Cons

No support for staff. Unrealistic goals. Staff works emotional cases with no support from higher up. Concerns are not listened too and are attempting to work with as little staff as possible.

Pros

Here we have an employer who actually does what they say: support nd encourage vulnerable memebers of the community. Individuals with everything from PTSD to autism, are helped by this loving team of professionals.

Cons

In my 5.5 years of Employment, I experienced no negative features of this organization.
