      Pros

      - Work with people who are on top of their game - Great opportunities for growth, huge focus on development and constant improvement - Actually do cool things, for stuff that matters - Excellent compensation

      Cons

      It's fast paced and you have to be able to handle your own responsibilities and pivot quickly. If you love structure and goalposts that never move, this isn't the place for you.

      High Impact, Fast Paced!

      Pros

      I get to work on super exciting products solving needs for a variety of customers. I get to see my work in the field, and how the changes I make impact the system performance. It is quite rewarding. Benefits are also really good. Free food, gym, office quality, healthcare, vacation bonus, yada yada got the whole deal.

      Cons

      Things can change quickly (requirements deliverables) and sometimes this yields crunchtime! But honestly can be what makes the work quite enjoyable.
