      Technically interesting projects Energetic culture Palmer senpai will lead us to IPO riches

      Sort of disorganized, but just as much as average startup Selling to govt means a lot of demos

      Pros

      Autonomy, ability to make an impact, transparent leadership, amazing office and kitchen crew serving daily eats, benefits go beyond just medical -- mental health, fertility, financial planning, etc. Aside from all of the perks, the biggest pro is working with incredibly smart and mission driven people.

      Cons

      Obviously as a rapidly scaling company there are kinks that are being worked out but nothing I can think of as a con.

      Pros

      Huge market, have product market fit, great tech, great mission, people are generally really easy to work with, amazing investors, high margin business, great pay and perks.

      Cons

      Not much as people seem really happy here. Nit on process/information roll out could improve. Seems a bit rushed whenever we roll out a new internal process (like perf cycle).
