Cons

Culture and worklife flexibility need improvement. Lots of people who have been there for years who are very set in their ways. Also not a lot of room for growth and development.

There are some really nice people. Smart investment professionals and they really try to create a good culture.

Cons

There are definitely a few people that don’t belong there and ruin the culture. People have left due to bad managers or lack of opportunity for growth.
