Cons

Many cliques amongst the administrative staff as well as the higher-ups. No interaction between department groups. There is an atmosphere of favoritism throughout the company.

Cons

Maybe it depends on your group but there are many cliques here, teams that do not work cohesively at all, and folks doing just the bare minimum. No clear direction given when asking for help - end up having to find your own way around.
