Pros

- Management and trainers are competent, understanding, and encouraging. I've felt supported and uplifted in my role! - Commission scale is lucrative and exponentially increases - Great place to work for those who value relationship building, both with clients and fellow employees - The company culture makes me enjoy coming to work every day! Angi prides themselves on community and feeling good in your role and crew. - Great benefits, all are pretty good plans. - I had read a lot of reviews regarding poor management, micromanaging, etc. beforehand, I can safely say that in my experience, none of that is true! I genuinely enjoy my work and my workplace.

Cons

- The job can be challenging. It's cold calling service pros, so of course you get hang ups or people who are upset or have grievances. Mindset is everything, don't get hung up on the small things and you'll be A-okay. - The job is stressful, but it is what you make of it. It is also dually rewarding. What you get out of it is what you put into it!

Pros

The culture and support here are truly exceptional. The level of collaboration, encouragement, and accessibility from leadership is unmatched. Teammates, directors, and management are always willing to guide, mentor, and help you succeed. There are strong opportunities for professional growth, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to work from home, which has created a great work-life balance.

Cons

Compensation is structured as hourly pay capped at 40 hours with no overtime. Transitioning to a salaried structure could provide greater flexibility to fully meet client care expectations and sales goals without time constraints.

Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience with us! We are thrilled to hear that you feel supported by our leadership and that our culture of collaboration has helped you succeed. Regarding your feedback on compensation, it’s important to note that hourly and salary roles are primarily determined by legal classification under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) based on specific job duties. Additionally, We intentionally limit overtime because we highly value work-life balance, but if you have concerns regarding client care expectations or hitting sales goals within those hours, we recommend consulting with your manager for additional resources.

Pros

No Sunday Scaries: This is the first job I’ve had where I don’t dread Monday morning. The environment is genuinely low-stress because people communicate well. The "Human" Factor: Management treats you like an adult. If you need to dip out for a doctor’s appointment or your kid is sick, there’s no guilt trip. They trust you to get your work done. Real Growth: It’s not just "corporate talk"—I’ve actually been given projects that stretched my skills and led to a promotion within my first year. Smart Colleagues: You’re surrounded by people who are good at what they do, which makes your own job a lot easier.

Cons

Process Bottlenecks: Because everyone is moving fast, sometimes we lack clear documentation. You might have to ask around to find out "how we’ve always done things." Meeting Fatigue: Some weeks feel a bit heavy on the Zoom calls. We could probably stand to turn a few more meetings into emails.
