*Making 6 figures is very achievable despite low base pay, and there’s opportunity to make crazy money if you’re really good *Coworkers and managers have all been very friendly and helpful *No degree required *Low activity requirements *No problems taking PTO *Option to work remote, hybrid, or in office *You can only work 40 hours a week so the work-life balance is pretty sweet

Cons

*Majority of people aren’t cut out for the challenges of this job and quit or are fired *If you are good enough to stay it can be tough to see the friends you make get terminated so often
