We are glad you enjoy our team environment and the opportunities extended to the sales team for increased earnings. That being said, it is troubling to hear that some of your experience while here was less than ideal. Some of the recent changes to our commission structure has provided many representatives with increased earnings while also allowing for specialization. This change may take more time for others to take full effect but we are confident that they will benefit the team as a whole. Additionally, we employ a QA team to listen in on calls to ensure fair treatment of sales representatives as well as to identify areas where additional training is needed. We value all Angi team members and prospective customers and take this process very seriously. Our leads database is arguably the highest quality and comprehensive database in the industry, as we partner with top lead providers such as ZoomInfo to enhance our leads, as well as have a dedicated team that both cleans and scores our database.
