      Pros

      Encouraged to be honest, be yourself, and raise your voice. Random acts of appreciation, like buying us lunch or gift cards. I'm free to work independently without being micromanaged. Lots of opportunities for feedback and to ask questions. Everyone I've met and collaborated with has been so kind. I got to choose my hours when I started. Ability to flex time for appointments and things during the day.

      Cons

      You have to be plugged into Ethernet to work. The workload can be overwhelming.
