- Poor management , promotions were given only to the manager's friends and smoking partners. -Little / No recognition for good work of most employees. -The amount of work given to only one person is tremendous. -Low work life balance as the amount of work is impossible to finish by only one person, some of my co-workers stayed till 1-3 am and worked during the weekend (not paid)to compensate.

Toxic environment and no respect for work balance. They only know about cost cutting, nothing else. In fact, the brands were created by companies previously acquired by them: they just took them over and began cutting costs like crazy. They say they care about people the most but this is far from truth: they are completely fine with paying people 50% of the market wage and as said before, total disrespect for work life balance. Zero diversity, every high ranking executive is a Brazilian male. Use it to learn quickly, grow and then leave: there are far better places than this one. Do not get dissuaded by the brands.
