-quick groath and promotion -get to move between teams and departments quite quickly -approachable people, young, active working culture -great for fresh graduates -good salary level for beginners -you feel really included in the team

Cons

- hight turnover across board (both on the employee and management level) - some teams are overloaded and have to work long hours, can be quite stressful - not ideal work life balance for people with children - management can be very unclear and vague which causes misunderstanding
