nothing, if you can survive the culture long enough you can cash in big! but be prepared to sacrafice your very existence.

Cons

bullying, staff treated like children, forced to fly economy over night, no bins, photocopies measured, bring your own phone and laptop. warm water was turned off at HQ to save money.......to fit the culture you need to be anti diversity, anti collaboration and anti people!

No work life balance Kind of messy inside with no clear alignment Shoot everywhere and if you kill one bird, it is ok!
