Management will often make some very poor decisions without even consulting workers on the shop floor. More often than not you do not have enough workers to run the lines efficiently and can be chaos at times trying to juggle a heavy workload. There is no real training or induction involved for new starters who tend to struggle and are expected to learn on the job. A lot is expected of you with limited manning and there is a lot of pressure to meet orders on time.

Too much bureaucracy and a toxic culture. It’s all about cliques and whose list you’re on. Otherwise, good luck getting promoted.
