      Pros

      Every pro depends on team dynamics. Some teams are active and help you grow, whereas some other teams don't. It provides good work life balance. The norms and goals are clearly defined and are followed through out the year.

      Cons

      If you are in a reporting related role, you could get burn out during closing. There is good opportunity for growth depending on the team and manager.
