      Lots of scope for progression and lateral movement

      They take a lot of bets on people which is great but the teams are so lean that there often isn't enough support early on in roles

      Pros

      Many talented people, aggressive culture and fast changing environment, so there are new issues to solve everyday- you are ""brewed"" the hard way. After 1.5 year there I developed a lot.

      Cons

      messy and complex procedures. blaming culture. some people can do everything to protect themselves, even hurting others. promotion is for the favorite staffs rather than based on performance. HR does not give a care about people (except for the so-called "talent group")
