      Environment / Energy Passion for the product Informality in communication and dresscode Approachable management Strong ownership and collaboration Fast learning Open minded

      Cons

      Sometimes speed compromises quality (i.e handover activities) People evaluation system/policy is good, but needs to be better implemented and followed up by some managers. Work life balance to be improved. Communication to be improved in case of LM sitting in another Country.
