      Pros

      Decent wage, very good health care benefits, Teamsters. Opportunities for over time.

      Cons

      Employees are treated like children. Little respect for the workers' knowledge, experience, years on the job. Hires management straight out of college with little applicable knowledge to their position. Moves management all around the different departments so they don't become good at anything. They do annual company surveys that result in absolutely nothing changing.

      Employees are treated with contempt. They are constantly eliminating positions, Cloak and dagger interoffice politics. Managers have no integrity.
