      Pros

      The company is willing to take bets on people and accelerate your career (eg graduate to director in 5 years). Great bunch of people and very supportive of one another.

      Cons

      Lots of responsibility early on in your career and a steep learning curve can mean workload can be high. Company is on a diversity journey, but is still lacking BAME background representation at higher levels.

      Pros

      Fast growing company and lots of career growth.

      Cons

      Because they believe in ZBB and downsizing, they end up giving all that extra work load to the same (now reduced) team. Resulting in crazy working hours and lack of time to really do an exceptional job at any given task

      Pros

      This is the place you will never be bored, the pace is very fast. What you can really expect here is to meet amazing people. By working hard and show your ambition, you can be promoted rapidly to the next levels in the organization. The company also allows to have diverse experience, you can easily move functions, make horizontal moves in case you believe you want to expand your level of expertise and have broader work experience.

      Cons

      Get prepared to work hard which is not easy of course, but this is part of the success and can lead to rapid promotion. At the same time, it is not every time easy to manage proper work-life balance, but it gets better when aligning on the priorities and deadlines commitment.
