      AB InBev has a culture of its own where you will grow at the pace of your talent. It is not unusual to change position every 1-2 years which consequently puts pressure to deliver the results. Especially in Prague there is a lot of focus on people development, which makes it perfect place for young graduates to kick off their career or professionals looking for a fresh start. Variable compensation is a big thing, as a result of the stretched targets that you have to achieve.

      Cons

      It might be difficult to manage your work-life balance, as the company often reduces team sizes without providing better tools to work with.
