Pros

Good salary package & great working culture.

Cons

Few senior managers in Karnataka are spoiling the great work culture of AbInBev. Mishandling the budgets and misusing the trade budgets to only focus on few big retailers & also taking commission (not all senior managers) out of those excessive trade spendings.

Pros

Cabs was the only thing that made it convenient for employees to work from any part of Bangalore. Compensation was decent only at the time of joining. 2 days of working from office.

Cons

Heavy duty politics. Always known to cut costs and document a person's performance negatively, forcefully putting them on PIP and eventually asking them to leave. Low on ethics - the whole idea of good performance was showing the other down, and outshining in performance. "Visibility" is a word that is badly abused in the organisation. Performance rating was decided by one level up, irrespective of them working with the juniors or not - heavily driven by politics and negative feedback for employees.
