      Fun but hard work and long hours

      Pros

      Beer. But also it's fast paced and I'm never bored. People are constantly moving around so lots of opportunities. A lot of networking oppurtunies and management cares.

      Cons

      Long hours and short staffed. With all the people cuts we work a lot of overtime. Overtime during the week is not payed.

      A company that states they want to pay wages and benefits that are middle of the road. Then they want people to achieve as a leader in the industry.

      Pros

      All the pros I have, were in the past environment that no longer exists. Former Procurement world was the a group of smart and aggressive leaders and an environment that you were given a lot of responsibility and learned a lot. You worked a lot but it was fun. Post reorg, the environment changed and is negative and all of the talent is leaving and no one knows what is going on.

      Cons

      Survival Mode. It is a mess. There is mass exits after a failed reorg. If you are really young, it could help you build a resume. If you have a good job, this isn't really the place to leave it for, not now at least. They need at least 2 years to get it cleaned up. Most people leaving were not going to stick around to clean up the mess that a few people created and that isn't paying off financially even.
