      Pros

      Great People to work with. Nice benefit package & company sponsored events for employees during work hours. Challenging and essential work projects

      Cons

      Culture shock change once A-B bought out by InBev. Great essential people let go. Constant movement to the detriment of not knowing who has the knowledge needed to get things done. Teams are now set up to “Put out Fires” rather than prevent them.

      Pros

      Anheuser Busch Inbev pays well. Plenty of available overtime on weekends and Holidays. Great medial and Dental. 401K plan available. 8hr work days 5 days Monday through Friday.

      Cons

      Have to start out working off shifts, may take years to make day shift. 401k match has decreased over the years.
