      Great Experience - Tough Culture

      A lot of structure and support, exciting brands, amazing benefits, competitive compensation

      Cons

      Can get lost in the largeness of the organization, sometimes not upfront about improvements, hard to switch functions internally, projects start and are killed pretty quickly, more political culture than people would let on
