      Pros

      Brilliant colleagues. Truly very smart, young, energetic, motivated and ambitious work force. Corporate funded access to courses to expand skill sets.

      Cons

      Managements expectations that exceed compensation of employees. Disingenuous and inauthentic diversity efforts from senior leadership. Management leaves it to colleagues to go above and beyond and take on DE&I efforts in addition to their already demanding work loads (and lots of genuinely caring colleagues do!) . Extreme focus on individual target achievement in a highly competitive environment often leading to individual focus on achievement instead of overall entity health.
