      Pros

      Great career job for hourly employees. Great benefits and pay. Employees get 2 or 3 cases of free beer a month.

      Cons

      There is a high management turnover. An hourly may have to work many years to get day shift hours.

      Pros

      Company car, until they decide to cut those. Fun industry and products, decent pay. Will learn about the industry, not just a small segment

      Cons

      Sales on long downhill trend and not likely to stop any time soon. Global Management Trainees will receive promotions faster than non GMTs meaning there are a lot of 20 somethings in Director roles and higher with little industry experience. Good for GMTs, not respected around the industry. No annual raises and dont expect any bonuses
