      Pros

      Not a bad place to work. Interesting things to see. Good quality product. Very large facility. Near downtown Newark and the turnpike.

      Cons

      Cannot say any specific cons. Big corporation and runs like one. Many departments in one huge facility with many buildings connected .

      Pros

      Good pay, great vacation. You can take on as much as you can handle and then some. Lots of growth opportunities if your mobile and willing to move.

      Cons

      Cut to the bone. Workers spread way too thin. Jump from one fire to the next never seeming to actually accomplish anything. Leave at the end of a long day frustrated with the lack of progress. Only way to get things done is on your own time. Horrible work-life balance.
