Lack of communication. Constant move to different clients and changing your job role even if you don't have any experience. They move you around to different clients and you have so many e-mails, very confusing to keep up. The training sucks. You may have training for a new position they moved you to and then it takes months before you actually start. I applied for one position and had been doing that until all of a sudden they lost the client and then moved me to different clients doing a job I had NO experience in nor did I want to do.
