      Work from home, hours, pretty laid back

      Cons

      Lack of communication. Constant move to different clients and changing your job role even if you don't have any experience. They move you around to different clients and you have so many e-mails, very confusing to keep up. The training sucks. You may have training for a new position they moved you to and then it takes months before you actually start. I applied for one position and had been doing that until all of a sudden they lost the client and then moved me to different clients doing a job I had NO experience in nor did I want to do.

      Pros

      I have been working for this company for a few months now and I must say, it's pretty great. I haven't witnessed or heard any negativity which is huge. Management is great and they come up with activities that help employees meet since a majority of us work from home.

      Cons

      The insurance isn't that great and doesn't start until after 60 days, but it's definitely something you can work with.

      Pros

      My supervisor is nice, works with me when I need to adjust my schedule. Hours are decent since we don't have to work weekends. Pay is comparable to most other companies hiring for CSR.

      Cons

      Promotions are from within the company, you really can't just come in as a Lead or Supervisor so it can be good or bad depending on what you are looking for.
