Pros

Experience, good for learning. Suitable for fresh grad

Cons

1. Not recommended to stay long term. 2. Very strict old school rule. Like “school” no phones, no overbreak even 1 min, no late in even 1 min. You will get warning show cause. Not flexible at all. 3. Lack of training, self explore as new comer. Lack of career development opportunity.

Hybrid environment and Defined Benefit pension.

Cons

The organization and culture used to be something else completely though in the recent years there have been numerous changes to direction and strategy which impacted everyone eventually. A never ending series of layoffs which doesn't make sense. Growth is more dependent on who you know rather than your work and legacy employees have a better chance in getting promoted. Your good work is expected and your misses are not discussed in feedback though discussed in rooms when you are absent.
