Pros

Flex Friday's (9 hour days Mon-Thurs for a half day on Friday), beer and wine on Friday afternoons, jeans dress code, three weeks PTO starting out

Cons

Management is terrible. Too many layers. You don't know who is the boss over the other. You have no one to complain to or bring up issues because the supervisor is the one making your daily work intolerable. They gossip about the employees and question every little thing you do. The phone hot line is awful because the dealerships only call when they're angry about something. The high achieving employees are over worked while the lazy ones fly under the radar or even get promoted! No room for advancement once you go from account rep 1 to account rep 2 and pay is not good compared to competitors.

Pros

Pros? Can't think of any.

Cons

This company has been bought and sold so many times it males a Las Vegas prostitutihouse feel like a post church summer brunch at Dennys. They don't care about the front line workers, they just laid off their best employees to cook the books and get sold yet again. Cobalt to ADP to CDK to Sincro and to Ansira. We're just trading cards for rich people.

Thank you for your honest feedback and for your many years of service. Private equity acquisitions naturally happen in cycles and are a normal course of business as a privately held company. We are confident in the strategic direction of the company and the opportunities that lie ahead for our continued growth.

Pros

Unlimited vacation, but you're afraid to take it because jobs are going offshore. Able to work remotely.

Cons

They say they're an agile shop, but they are not. The CEO of the company is the one who prioritizes backlogs. Given that level of micro-management, it's no surprise that sales are dropping and turnover is increasing. CEO has an adversarial relationship with everyone BELOW him. There is push, push, push to get more done and take more into a sprint than can be completed which goes against everything Agile. Engineers are overworked, jobs are being sent to India and productivity coming out of the offshores team is much lower, so how can it be saving money? Clients are being billed for work that isn't done, then engineers are expected to complete the work later while also being pushed to complete all the new work that has been given away.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such an honest review. We know how important it is for employees to have time to recharge, which is why we offer unlimited PTO in addition to several company-wide holidays, but wish you felt more confident about using this time. We know our company is great because of the people who work hard every day to make things happen, and want to promote a positive environment with the foundation of open and honest communication. We wish you success in the next chapter of your career.
