Pros

I always feel that my career success is in the minds of the leadership team. There are consistent check-ins and a lot of transparency in regards to the state of the company. Sincro has a culture that makes me feel as though I belong and my voice is heard. I am always given opportunities to grow in my career. I feel recognized for my work and rewarded for it.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

Open to input from all employees but you have to have a thoughtful voice and not wait to be asked. Rewards extra effort and commitment. New, smaller company footprint amplifies these things.

Cons

Needs to recognize the daily limits of what anyone can do during the combination of the transition to being smaller and the new work from home status. Today there are lots of stressed out people due to this. Comp needs to be more competitive.

Thank you for reviewing your Sincro experience. We appreciate your positive statements as well as your open feedback. We pride ourselves on actively seeking input from team members, as with our recent engagement survey, and cultivating a culture where people feel empowered to share their thoughts. Our IDEA-A-THON event is an important way employees can propose concepts and guide them into being. One popular idea that stemmed from IDEA-A-THON, Deep Focus Day, allows team members to clear their calendar each month and immerse themselves into projects. This, along with our new distributed-workforce policy and flexible vacation time, helps employees balance their work lives with their personal lives. We’ve also provided a series of expert trainings that offered concrete tips to enable people to delineate better between their professional and personal lives. We put our people first and prioritize them as they’re our most important resource. We regularly review compensation and benefits packages to ensure we are rewarding our employees appropriately. We’re proud of the number of longtime team members who have chosen to build their careers at Sincro and their contributions to our collaborative atmosphere. And we’re excited about our new corporate values that will unite all Sincro team members under a shared vision. The values inspire us to be community champions where all people belong and can grow as well as customer fanatics who take pride in driving successful outcomes.

Thank you both for your positive comments and your contributions as a Sincro team member. We are dedicated to transparency in policies and communications, and that tone is set by our president, Jen Cole, on down. The number of longtime employees we have speaks to the career advancement opportunities we provide. Our new learning management system is an investment in helping team members improve their skills, and our new values prioritize helping others and fostering an environment of growth. We’re excited to introduce programs shortly to help employees connect with colleagues and hone their expertise. Our values also emphasize always moving forward by rising to the challenge and focusing on the future. We recognize that turning work mode off can be complicated given that we are spread across multiple time zones and that people are working from home. We’ve provided training to team members to help with balancing their professional and personal lives, as well as a flexible PTO policy that allows employees to take time off when they need it.
