      Pros

      Been with the company in its various form for over a decade. The people that are a part of Sincro are great. Very friendly and collaborative. With the spinoff to Sincro, we've been able to drive more of our own direction, build better products, and focus more on how we sell and market. Seems like there are new challenges to tackle all the time which keeps things interesting.

      Cons

      Not a lot of cons. The industry is tough and dynamic. But that keeps it interesting.
