There's a lot of excitement around the new company, optimism in the teams, and a great opportunity to reshape our company culture. Leadership hasn't been afraid to change out management to end the 'old way' of doing things, and change our processes to do right by our employees and our customers. Jen Cole is a genuine, empathetic person, and a brilliant leader. Amazing flexibility, support, and transparency particularly during the covid-19 pandemic. After a survey about returning to the office showed the majority of employees wanted the option to work remotely even when offices open back up, leadership listened and made that change. Employee resource groups are active for PRIDE, Black Voices, and Women in Tech and a diversity advisory board meets quarterly with leadership to impact change from the top.

I've been at Sincro for 2 years now and love it! Our leadership team really cares about their employees and demonstrates that in a lot of ways. I was with them when they were part of CDK and chose to go with the spin off because I believe in their vision for the future not only from a business/product perspective but from a company culture perspective. I've also appreciated how they've handled the COVID crisis. They had us working from home right from the start and have been very communicative about the state of the business. They've done everything they can to keep employees and not have to do layoffs or pay cuts. They also value their employees inputs and make our voices feel heard.
