      Work/life balance is awesome Happy Hours on Fridays Usually overtime available if you want any "all hands" meetings where the CEO updates us on current company events

      Cons

      Not much opportunity for vertical advancement (I know coworkers who have been in the same position for 5+ years) Busy, so not many opportunities to network

      Nice environment and good professional people. I worked with a boss who is highly technical and empowers his team members. Most of the people who I worked with were very kind and professional

      No company is perfect. I really can't think of any.
