      Pros

      The people. There are a lot of great people who do their job well and want to see the company succeed. Generous PTO package.

      Cons

      Some managers are not fit to lead people. I have had some of the best managers you could ever ask for, but I have also had some of the worst. Too much talk and no action. There are WAY too many people who are just trying to save their own jobs right now at the expense of others. Limited advancement opportunities depending on department and who your manager is. Inadequate compensation packages and merit "increases".

      Smooth transition to working from home

      Pros

      A lot depends on your immediate manager, but mine is very invested in her direct reports and seeks to make things the best they can be. In March, we transition to an almost 100% WFH force and it couldn't have gone more smoothly! They was no change in our productivity (or possible an increase!) I work with a dedicated and talented group of developers who do whatever it takes to get the job done well.

      Cons

      We've lost some larger clients lately, but with the quality improvements we've made, I feel like we've stopped the bleeding and will likely see some of them return when they see that the lowest bidder can't do what we can.
