      So much talent and so many wonderful people work here.

      Cons

      Lots of leadership turnover. Poor moral. Under staffed in many departments.

      Pros

      Nice office and there are plenty of great people that work there.

      Cons

      No room for advancement even though they put on a good show like they want you to. Many people left and got the same type of job at a higher pay. Get some experience there and get out. Pay raises are subjective with no controls in place to deal with conscious or unconscious biases.
