Thank you for your feedback, which we shared with Adam Vandermyde, EVP, TCMA Services. Adam says that while we know that we have employees who are working much longer hours than we would like, our average workweek for an employee in TCMA is now just under 45 hours per week. Work/life balance has been, and will continue to be, a primary initiative in the group!

TCMA department is overworked and understaffed. Massive amounts of overtime are required just to stay afloat - Ansira works their employees into the ground with unreasonable hours and 60-hour weeks. Lazy employees are allowed to freeload while still making the same (low) salary as hardworking employees who carry all the weight. Burnout is extremely common. Do not work here if you value your mental health because Ansira absolutely does not. Upper management only cares about meeting deadlines at the expense of any work/life balance you hoped to have.

We are sad you aren’t having a great Ansira experience, but also have a very different opinion on a few of your statements. While there are certainly a handful of employees who are working much higher hours than we would like, our average workweek for an employee in TCMA is just under 45 hours per week. This number is down significantly from last year, and is continuing to drop. It has been, and will continue to be, a primary initiative in the group!
