Pros

Laid back atmosphere, beer cart, and employee staff (some)

Cons

I can only speak on my experience but, the fact that you have HR out in St. Louis and different locations spread out without much communication between staff and HR is something that can become problematic. Theres a lot of miscommunication. There’s no absolute training outline to follow, and as far as the Chicago location goes there’s no need to have a receptionist.

Pros

At Ansira, you can truly pave your own path career wise. Individual goal are clearly communicated and achievable. High performers are recognized and rewarded for going above and beyond with new opportunities. TCMA Department leadership truly cares about the well-being and success of their employees, and they are consistently making changes to improve the department. They are focused on making things better, but easily admit when a new idea isn't working. There is a very team-oriented culture and open communication is essential. It's great to know that your fellow team members have your back and want to see you succeed as well.

Cons

The work can be a little repetitive but it gives you the opportunity to become an expert on your account. Management does its best to vary the daily work assigned to break the monotony.

Galleria location Great PTO (if you can use it) Modern/Cool Office design

Cons

Ansira has lost several clients, worth millions per year, and hasn’t been able to replace those losses with new accounts. There are way too many non-billable senior staff positions who provide no value to the organization or clients. The company transitioned from being a service-oriented CRM agency and has tried to position itself, rather poorly, as a martech company. Ultimately this transformation has destroyed the value that the company had been built on.
