Pros

People are friendly. PTO is generous. Our New(ish) CEO (Laurie) is awesome and is open, transparent and driven to make this company great.

Cons

Work space is ok — but there can be a lot of distractions with so much openness. However the new flex guidelines may really help.

Pros

Executive team who is very sensitive to work-life balance. Always looking to improve or streamline processes that not only benefit the employee day-to-day responsibilities but also helps to create quality services and efficient output.

Cons

Company is going through change which can be a con however as a company the focus is on changing today for a better future. There are pains that come with this vision but nothing that we can't get through as a team working together for the same goal.
